As a therapist, I try to be flexible in my work with new clients, as everyone who comes into my office has different needs.  I have been trained in many diverse types of therapy, such as psychoanalysis, cognitive behavioral therapy, and family therapy.  Whether I am working with an individual, a couple, or a group, my approach is to work collaboratively, and cater my approach to the needs of the people I work with.  People often feel empowered in telling me what works and what does not work about the therapy that fits their current situation.
