I originally came to New York to pursue a career in the arts. Soon after, I realized that connecting and helping others was my true passion in life. This has brought me into the field of psychotherapy. As a therapist, I have worked in a school setting with adolescents, a family clinic which provided couples and family therapy, and a program that provided individual, group, and couple’s therapy to Holocaust Survivors. For the past three years, I have been in training at the Psychoanalytic Study Center in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. In addition, I have attended extensive trainings in cognitive behavioral therapy, family therapy, and substance abuse treatment. I am licensed clinical social worker (L.C.S.W), and a graduate of the Silver School of Social Work at New York University, where I am currently involved in supervising new therapists.
