Thank you for visiting my site, and for taking the courageous step of considering psychotherapy. People often come into therapy with difficult and troubling feelings that weigh them down, and make life hopeless and debilitating. It can be a profound experience to have an open-minded therapist, as we realize we do not have to be alone with these troubling feelings. As a therapist, I try to create a non-judgemental atmosphere, where clients can share all of their thoughts and feelings at a comfortable pace. I also help people to find the tools to improve their lives in whatever way they choose. Therapy can serve as a place of respite from the struggles of the outside world, where clients learn to accept themselves, understand the deeper meaning of the problems that they struggle with, and feel empowered to make decisions that better their lives.
